I’ve got a very varied musical taste, listening to all types of music from Kenny Rogers to Neil Diamond; from Iron Maiden to Bob Dylan; but I find that there is only a certain type of music that will help get a great workout done.
This might not be up to everyone’s taste… unless you are a bit of a metal head. But get these tracks on your playlist and try them out. Be careful not to get too jacked and stacked though!
There are some old songs and some newer ones here, but, as my granny liked to say, the old ones are the best. Yeah! You will often find her blasting out a bit of Metallica on the old 45.
