Home Workout Circuit Training

Home Workout Circuit training was written as a follow up to the “Home Workout For Beginners” book.

This beginner circuit training guide serves a few different types of reader. First and foremost, I wanted to produce a follow on guide and a further six week instalment that would enable the readers of home workout for beginners to achieve more progression with their fitness goals.

If you were a reader of Home Workout For Beginners, and you followed the exercise routine through the entire six weeks, you would have another guide ready-made that would progress even further but rather than being completely new and unfamiliar, it would build on the first six weeks by using similar exercise movements and general exercise structure but it would offer completely new challenges.

Circuit training is a great way to add a new dimension to your exercise routines. It can be used as a one off session when you are running low on time or it can be used exclusively. Home workout circuit training was designed not just with readers of the Home Workout For Beginners in mind but it was designed also for intermediate trainers that were looking for new ideas on how to train.

If circuit training is something that you would like to get into, I would advise that if you are a total beginner, you should start with the first book in the series as some of the exercises and the nature of circuit training in general requires a good base level of fitness which the first fitness book actually gives.

This circuit training book outlines a full six week progressive routine that can be followed and all exercise descriptions are illustrated with studio photographs featuring yours truly (sporting long hair!). Although this circuit training guide outlines a full six week circuit training programme to follow, it also advises on other ways that you can use circuit training as part of your exercise routine.

There are plenty of reasons to train in circuits but the most common training effect sought after is the ability to be able to burn fat and tone muscle at the same time. This and the time saving value of the training method. If you are into circuit training or want to give it a go this guide will provide you with plenty of information and a great plan that’s already laid out for you but it will also give you the tools to be able to create your own circuit training sessions that are custom made for your specific training needs.

Home workout circuit training has sold very consistently since it was published and the book is available on paperback and kindle/ ebook at the moment. If you would like to find out more please follow the links on this page.
